 Tübingen (Germany) -- ‘EPPLEHAUS’ 18.o5.2oo1supporting the UNTOTEN from Berlin on their o1’club-tour for once on this third edition
of the Tübingen-based CATCH-YOUR-DARKNESS-party, we really had a lot of fun -- and fans... thanks an even bigger lot to all of you ‘outta there’ (that’s for... -- well, you
know it, dontcha, bloke...), out there, I was saying, thanks for the greatest live-feeling we’ve had for quite some time!!! most of the songs we played were taken from our latest album ‘OPAQUE’, yet, of course,
we would not forget our past, especially as the audience was enriched by the presence of a very early member of the first DARK ENTRIES, back then known as LAST
CURTAIN, to whom we dedicated ’HE’S GONE’ (..or was it actually ‘LAST CURTAIN’ from our debut-MCD ‘DEAF, MUTE AND CRIPPLED’? -- uh, gotta check...) in our distorting revised version... hi there...
this concert must have been a very special one, not only was the house crowded with about 200 people, who really seemed to enjoy both bands, I must say, but also was this
the first time I remember Paul having to change his guitar -- which was quite a tormenting experience for him, I suppose, but nothing compared to the countless cases when his
predecessor tore apart strings like... strings, I guess... well, our video-documentation doesn’t reveal this unique event, as this special rip-off-version of A FOREST isn’t on the tape, so let’s forget about it, or not.
